I have loved sharing design inspiration with you the past few weeks with beautiful and responsive WordPress themes and a variety of stunning script fonts.
While I am a fan of paid fonts there are also a ton of great free fonts available, especially for the web.
Statement fonts are great for headers or specific call outs. They aren’t something you would want to use for body text as it would be a little much on the eyes, but the pop of a great font can do wonders.
I will admit that I didn’t really go for a stand out font on my site. I use one font throughout and just varying the weight and size. This is something I will reconsider when I eventual redesign the site.
If you want an example of statement fonts in action, I love how Kimra Luna sprinkles them on her site.
